Wallpaper Application

The feature wall that finishes a room

Furniture, lighting and art can only do so much if the wall behind them is blank and tired. Office wallpaper installation gives a reception, meeting room or executive office a complete surface in a day — pattern, texture and colour that make the space feel designed rather than decorated.

Marsha Digital supplies and fits office wallpaper and wall murals across Nairobi’s CBD, Westlands, Upper Hill and Kilimani, with installation teams travelling to Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru and Eldoret.

Wallpaper fails at the wall, not the roll. Damp patches, plaster dust and uneven skim show through cheap application within weeks — which is why we prep every surface before a single drop goes up.

Wallpaper options we supply and fit

• Vinyl office wallpaper — durable, wipeable and forgiving in high-traffic areas.
• Printed wall murals — your own artwork, photography or brand pattern, printed to measure.
• Textured & linen finishes — subtle depth for boardrooms and executive offices.
• Fabric-backed murals — premium feel with acoustic benefit for meeting rooms.
• Peel-and-stick panels — low-commitment options for leased premises and rentals.

Where wallpaper makes the biggest difference

Reception walls are the signature use — the first surface every visitor photographs. Meeting rooms benefit from calmer textures that reduce echo and hide scuffs behind chairs, while feature walls behind reception desks or in open-plan break-out zones give teams a visual anchor.

Clinics and studios use murals to set mood without expensive fit-out, and landlords use durable vinyl in corridors that take trolley knocks daily. The same logic applies to lift lobbies and pantry walls that carry the brand between floors.

Murals printed to your own design

Bring us a brand pattern, a photographic wall or an abstract graphic and we print it to measure at a resolution that holds up at viewing distance. Many offices pair a printed mural on the feature wall with plain vinyl on the surrounding walls — one install day, two finishes, and a room that looks commissioned rather than bought off a shelf.

Because we laminate high-touch murals, scuffs wipe off and colours stay sharp through Kenya’s strong light. We keep your print file on record too, so replacing a damaged panel later matches exactly instead of fading in beside the original.

Materials suited to Kenyan walls

We supply paste-the-wall vinyls, non-woven papers and laminated murals chosen for your wall’s condition and light exposure — sun-facing glass walls fade cheap prints fast, so we specify UV-stable inks for those. Every job includes damp check, filling and priming, because Kenya’s long rains find every hairline crack.

Wallpaper complements wall branding for full graphics walls, works alongside wall letters when the design needs dimension, and framed brand art from canvas printing hangs beautifully on the neighbouring wall. Hanging craft follows traditional wallpaper practice — sequence, seam and pattern match, done properly.

Our wallpaper installation process

We survey and measure the wall, check for damp and uneven plaster, then help you choose pattern and colour with samples held against your actual light. Murals are proofed at scale before print. On installation day the wall is stripped, filled and primed first.

Every drop is hung seam-matched from one reference line — outlets cut precisely, trims trimmed clean. A typical feature wall is finished in a single visit, and that standard of office wallpaper installation is what keeps clients calling us back for the next room.
